噴灌機的特點
1、噴頭：采用進口三位、快速轉(zhuǎn)換、防滴漏、水霧化噴頭，只要輕輕旋轉(zhuǎn)就可以實現(xiàn)噴水量的改變。
2、專利防滴：噴嘴設(shè)有專利防滴裝置，開啟壓力為1Kgf/cm2。這對于育苗灌溉意義重大。
穩(wěn)速運行：實時監(jiān)測并修正運行速度，閉環(huán)控制保證勻速，真正實現(xiàn)均勻灌溉。
3、分塊施水：選擇性設(shè)置左右噴水開關(guān)功能。實現(xiàn)道路或閑置區(qū)域關(guān)閉噴水之功能。
4、行程設(shè)置：只要移動起點、終點開關(guān)擋板，就可以改變機器噴灌面積。
5、自動運行：設(shè)置開停機時間，機器完全可以在您的設(shè)定時間段自動執(zhí)行灌溉作業(yè)。
6、手動操作或遙控操作。全自動往復運行。
7、噴桿高度：可以方便地調(diào)整，調(diào)整范圍約500 mm。保證作物長高仍能得到均勻灌溉。
8、節(jié)約土地：吊掛式安裝zui大限度地節(jié)約了寶貴的種植面積。同時雙軌使機器運行平穩(wěn)。
9、可以接受計算機控制系統(tǒng)信號指令，實現(xiàn)遠程控制。
10、可以輸出對于供水泵的開關(guān)控制信號，實現(xiàn)停止噴水的同時停止水泵供水，節(jié)省水源。
噴灌機選用原則
一般建議每棟溫室配置一臺機器，以避免轉(zhuǎn)移軌道必須人工推行的不便或麻煩。
噴灌機的zui大行程是80米。
工作軌道的長度通常就是溫室長度，也就是噴灌機作業(yè)行程；工作軌道一般要求安裝成水平；苗床或地面上種植作物和噴嘴之間的距離以不小于450 mm為宜；工作軌道的高度一般在2000mm-2200mm之間。
在每一棟溫室的端部預(yù)留出水源和電源接口。水源接口尺寸為DN20外徑的UPVC管，要求水壓力不小于3 Kgf/cm2。電源為~220V/50Hz。
由于噴灌機機身長度和膠管滑車長度，在機器進水端總有1.5米，行程終端約有0.5米不能噴到。
如果一臺機器用于多棟溫室，則一般不建議超過三連棟。此時則必須在棟與棟之間設(shè)置轉(zhuǎn)移車用的轉(zhuǎn)移軌道。注：噴灌機轉(zhuǎn)移工作，需要人工推行完成。轉(zhuǎn)移軌道下方必須設(shè)置道路，便于操作使用噴灌機、接水接電。
