三元乙丙橡膠在臭氧濃度 50pphm、拉伸30％的條件下，可達(dá)150h以上不龜裂。并且具有很強(qiáng)的耐腐蝕性，由于乙丙橡膠缺乏極性，不飽和度低，因而三元乙丙橡膠止水帶對(duì)各種極性如醇、酸、堿、氧化劑、制冷劑、洗滌劑、動(dòng)植物油、酮和脂等均有較好的抗耐性！由于乙丙橡膠分子結(jié)構(gòu)中無極性取代基，分子內(nèi)聚能低，分子鏈可在較寬范圍內(nèi)保持柔順性，僅次于天然橡膠和順丁橡膠，并在低溫下仍能保持。
Ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber can reach 150 hours without cracking under the condition of 50 PPHM ozone concentration and 30％ stretching. Because of the lack of polarity and low unsaturation of EPR, EPR waterproof belt has good resistance to various polarities such as alcohol, acid, alkali, oxidant, refrigerant, detergent, animal and vegetable oil, ketone and fat. Due to the absence of polar substituents in the molecular structure of ethylene-propylene rubber, the molecular cohesion energy is low, and the molecular chain can be maintained in a wide range of flexibility, second only to natural rubber and cis-butadiene rubber, and can be maintained at low temperatures.
1) 塑性防滲適應(yīng)基面變形性強(qiáng)：SR防滲蓋片是由SR塑性止水材料和增強(qiáng)型聚酯布復(fù)合而成的，與混凝土基面粘結(jié)的是SR塑性止水材料，當(dāng)混凝土基面變形時(shí)，SR塑性止水材料發(fā)生塑性變形，從而避免SR防滲蓋片受到應(yīng)力破壞；
1) Plastic impervious material has strong adaptability to base deformation: SR impervious cover sheet is composed of SR plastic water-proof material and reinforced polyester cloth, and bonded with concrete base surface is SR plastic water-proof material. When concrete base surface is deformed, SR plastic water-proof material will plastic deformation, thus avoiding stress damage of SR impervious cover sheet.
2) 抗拉強(qiáng)度高：利用SR防滲蓋片內(nèi)加強(qiáng)筋的增強(qiáng)作用，使其抗拉強(qiáng)度達(dá)到并超過25px厚橡膠板的強(qiáng)度值，這樣既可節(jié)約成本，又使得施工更加方便，防滲質(zhì)量得以保證；
2) High tensile strength: Using the reinforcing effect of reinforcing bars in SR anti-seepage cover sheet, the tensile strength of SR anti-seepage cover sheet can reach and exceed the strength value of 25px thick rubber sheet, which can not only save cost, but also make construction more convenient and guarantee the anti-seepage quality.
3) 抗撕裂、抗沖擊性好：由于有加強(qiáng)筋的增強(qiáng)作用，SR防滲蓋片具有比純橡膠片更好的抗撕裂、抗沖擊破壞性能；
3) It has good tear resistance and impact resistance: SR impermeable cover sheet has better tear resistance and impact resistance than pure rubber sheet due to the reinforcement effect of reinforcing bars.
4) 與SR塑性止水材料及混凝土面粘結(jié)效果好：SR防滲蓋片上復(fù)合有SR塑性止水材料，可與混凝土基面粘合密封，均勻傳遞水壓力，實(shí)現(xiàn)了很好的防滲密封效果；
4) Good bonding effect with SR plastic water-proof material and concrete surface: SR plastic water-proof material is compounded on SR anti-seepage cover sheet, which can be bonded and seaLED with concrete base surface, and can transmit water pressure evenly, thus achieving good anti-seepage sealing effect;
5) 具有粘貼的自愈性：由于SR塑性止水材料具有粘結(jié)自愈性，因此SR防滲蓋片與混凝土粘結(jié)面被拉開后，可重新直接粘貼回去，不影響SR防滲蓋片的防滲作用；
5) It has self-healing property of bonding: because SR plastic water-proof material has self-healing property of bonding, the bonding surface between SR impervious cover sheet and concrete can be re-bonded directly after being pulLED apart, without affecting the impervious function of SR impervious cover sheet;
6) 施工簡便：SR防滲蓋片柔韌性好，與混凝土基面及SR材料鼓包粘貼性好，粘貼密實(shí)，可以進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)冷粘接或熱硫化連接，粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度高，工序簡便，容易施工；
6) Simple construction: SR anti-seepage cover sheet has good flexibility, good adhesion with concrete base and SR material bulging, compact bonding, cold bonding or hot vulcanization bonding on site, high bonding strength, simple process and easy construction;
7)耐老化性好：三元乙丙橡膠是耐候性的橡膠之一，其1.2mm厚防水卷材產(chǎn)品在建筑防水工程上已廣泛應(yīng)用和檢驗(yàn)，使用壽命可達(dá)50年以上， 3～4mm厚三元乙丙橡膠的耐老化性能更為優(yōu)異，防滲保護(hù)作用也將會(huì)更好；
7) Good ageing resistance: EPDM is one of the weatherproof rubber. Its 1.2mm thick waterproof membrane products have been widely used and tested in building waterproofing engineering. Its service life can reach more than 50 years. The ageing resistance of EPDM with 3-4mm thickness is better, and its anti-seepage protection will also be better.
8)易于檢查維修：SR防滲蓋片在混凝土表面施工后，施工質(zhì)量易于檢查；一旦發(fā)生破損，包括在水下部位，也易于修復(fù)。
8) Easy to inspect and repair: After SR impervious cover sheet is constructed on concrete surface, the construction quality is easy to inspect; once damage occurs, including underwater parts, it is also easy to repair.
